Timelines:
  • Would you like to be able to look onto your life - see the past, visit the future and see where you are right now ? Bring the inside thoughts outside so you can actually see your beliefs right there in front of you . Sounds like science-fiction? It's a very clever combination of several techniques that have been perfected over decades. This is working with metaphor -  your unique world using your imagination, however don't underestimate the power of this exercise. It facilitates a deeper understanding of yourself, where you are right now and how you came to be there. If you want real change for yourself then this can work on a deep level and take you on a journey you have never been before. 
  • If you find you have difficulty planning the future you can change this, focusing on past issues more than you want to - find ways to let go. Feeling as though you have no space to move in the present  - find ways to adjust your own constructs to design your life how you want it now. 

Crossing the threshold:  

  • Are you wanting to create something new but not sure which direction to take? Maybe you are looking for a career move, new relationship. Wanting to change location to a new city or a new country. 
  • There is a need to move forward but something is holding you back and you aren't sure what that is - could be several things. How would you like some assistance with some amazing mentors and you get to choose who they are - anyone who ever lived? A film star? A business icon? With this exercise absolutely anything is possible and you get to choose your guides This is a fun way to get in touch with what extra information is required for you to change gear and go for it!                                                                                  

 

Anchoring

  • Do you remember a time when you felt confident, successful and full of joy? How would you like to experience that whenever you want to? Would you like to find out what unique life-experiences really make you feel connected to life? Maybe then you could design your daily routine to ensure you have lots of those things,situations,sounds,smells enriching your life.
