How do I get started?

Come for a taster session of  30 minutes in person or by skype/phone - you get to experience how the therapy works - using EFT and NLP. It is individually designed for you based on your requirements. You will get immediate results from this one session. It will help you clear energy. Some people will already have ideas and intentions in mind - for others it will help to create a focus.

 

Individual sessions - £55 in person /£50 on skype or phone 

  • 75 minutes with full email service and assignments between sessions ( often insights usually come later after our session). We work together on your individual elements following a framework with an outcome in mind - where you would like to be.

 

Supercharge start £275 in person/ £250 on skype or phone 

  •  if you feel you want to set your focus and intention to push through the blocks quickly and move forwards this is the one for you  book a block of 5 and get one free - cover each element and have an additional session to go even deeper or emphasise a certain element 

 

Energy bites £10 for 30 minutes - phone or skype only   

  • If you need to break this down into smaller segments as you are short on time or need to work with a budget this is ideal. There are no email assignments. You can do these slots at any time to suit your pocket and your schedule - no framework just as you need it. It isn't as indepth as the other sessions in terms of follow up however it will get you going if you are feeling overwhelmed ( we often feel we have a fair bit of baggage to wade through - no worries as most people feel this and find their way through - we will always find the issues) It is great for a confidence boost or a mini crisis. A fabulous way to ease you in gently to this type of work.

 

Rest assured I am not here to tell you the "right thing" or judge you - you have all your own solutions and answers. What I would love to do is work with you to reveal the authentic person you want to be -  before other learning in this world created these energy blocks. I love my work and learn from every person I meet - it is very much a two way energy exchange.
